He has led penetration testing engagements for Fortune 500 companies, built red team operations from the ground up, and developed security curricula used by thousands of learners worldwide.

His vision for PH Securities Lab was born from a simple belief: world-class cybersecurity education should be accessible to everyone, anywhere — not locked behind expensive certifications or outdated theory.

Neel architected the entire lab infrastructure from scratch — enabling thousands of learners to spin up fully isolated, production-grade security environments in seconds, without any local setup.
